We are a winery that has a wine club - I would like to only send a wine club communication to these folks that is separate from the rest of our customer base. However, I believe everyone who has purchased from us is on the Reachable list - is there any way to suppress one or more customer groups from a send that goes out to all?
@BKWST There isn't a way remove individual customers from a smart groups (i.e. one of the automatically created groups, like the Reachable group.)
Have you tried creating a new group to send this campaign? You can do this from a campaign:
You can also create a group from your online Square Dashboard.
