Is it possible to have a hidden charge that only i can see?

I would like to have a hidden charge on each invoice that only i see, i want to keep track on how much money i have in parts on each job. That way I can see how much i have in parts at the end of each year. Thanks

We don't offer a formal way to add a hidden charge to an Invoice, but there may be a few workarounds that you can try.

Have you taken a look into Square for Retail? With our Retail subscription you can enact a Cost of Goods report, which helps you keep an eye on your profit margin by keeping your topline metrics – cost of goods, total revenue, profit, and profit margin – front and center.
