Is it possible to delay or hold tickets for multiple courses at a full service restaurant?

Hey @Lsguzman! It sounds like our open tickets feature would be a great solution for you. Check out how to use open tickets with Square. This feature will allow you to open a tab for multiple courses, then close out the sale once everyone is ready to check out. Hope that helps. 🙂
