Is it possible to customize notification per client instead of a global setting. For example, some clients would like a text notification others woud like an email?
Yep! As long as you have both your customer's email address and phone saved in their client profile, you will be able to choose either of those delivery methods (or both) when you create an appointment from your customer. Once you enter all of the appointment information, click save. From there, you will taken to a page to confirm the notification delivery options.
