Is it possible to add to items to inventory without having to exporting the whole list?

I am part of a cooperative, each member will be responsible for adding and updating their own inventory. Is is possible to add items without having to export, modify, import the whole list?

Each member will have their own category, we are hoping that we can each modify our own category.

Hey @JoyceM ! Thanks for your post.

You can always give each member of the cooperative their own login information for the shared Square account to be able to edit the Item Library and inventory count from the Online Dashboard.  

You can create a separate role in the Team section of your Online Dashboard, and grant them access to the Dashboard under permissions. Then you'll just click Create Team Member and assign the role with the Dashboard permission. They will receive an email to create their own password and login information for the shared account. Here's an article on Team Management and creating a new employees.

Hi IsabelleM, Thank you for responding. I know that individuals can add items through the dashboard. We are just starting up so there are hundreds of items and we will want to batch upload. 

I'm thinking we will just have to have a point person for the initial massive upload. After that, individuals can add single items through the dashboard.
