Is it possible for the processing fee to be charge separately instead of deducted from sale?

My business is a delivery service. I fill and return containers. I charge per- container. Is there a way to set up square scheduling to charge by the item instead of by a specific time frame? How do I do that?

the fees for processing the card are taken at the time of sale, there is not a way to have them deducted separately.
