Sorry to hear about the trouble!
Currently, there isn't a way to view your inventory within the app, but it's a popular request! (I'll update this thread, should that change in the future.)
Can you let me know where you're having an issue managing your inventory online on your Mac? You can access your inventory right from your Items Page; select an item, select your location, and click "Go."
