My POS app is crashing when I enter my customers name. I’m unable to add loyalty points. Is anyone else experiencing this and how can I fix it?

Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this. Does your app or device have a software update available? Normally when the app crashes, there is a software issue involved. If that doesn't work, I would recommend deleting the app and reinstalling it if you do not have any pending payments.

We updated IOS on iPad. We deleted the app and downloaded new one. It’s still happening.
