We previously used paypal for all functions of getting paid for our business (retail clothing), but they always withhold our payments and being a small business we can not continue to operate in such a way. When we would invoice customers thru paypal and the client paid we would see the payment and their shipping information on the invoice. How do we accomplish this on Square? I have sent a couple invoices so far using Square invoicing and we only get notification of payment received. We then have to reach out to the customer in email and ask for shipping information. Is there another way to do this?
