I run a canteen and customers come and go all day. I was wondering if there is a way for my customers to have an account with me that they can add items to during the day and finalise at the end of the day?

@Ponyclublithgow You could utilize open tickets and just add the customer to the sale and add items as the day goes on.  You could make them save a card on file and you automatically charge the card on file at the end of the day or you could take the open ticket and convert it to an invoice or payment link and send it to the customer for payment.  If you really know the customers well, or it is a closed business type shop, then I would stick with open tickets and have them pay at the end of the day or next business day in person (cheapest processing rate) to save a little bit.  For safety and to guarantee you get paid, I would tend to go with charging the card on file or you have to pay as you go.
