I was trying to use the item description to layout my service agreement, but when it is emailed in an invoice it is not formatted so it looks like a bunch of jibberish.
Is it possible to format the item description with html or bbcode or anything?

@N-FL-Computers - I'm afraid not, but you can add your service agreement as an attachment within the invoice. This Product Update has a walkthrough of this feature. I hope this helps!
Is there a text limit when printing an invoice from the Square web page on a computer? When creating an Invoice, in the Notes field of a Line Item, I have entered what seems to be 2,073 characters including spaces to describe the labor that was performed. I can see all of the text on the computer screen when I'm editing the Notes field. However, when I go either Print or Download PDF of the Invoice, that same text that I have entered seems to be cut off at 1580 characters with spaces. I'm getting these numbers from Microsoft Word after noticing that the printed version of the Invoice is missing text. Thanks for any information that anyone might be able to provide.
@Blastronix_IT - Good question! I've never looked into if this before, so I don't have an answer but I'm going to reach out to get clarity.
I'll be back as soon as I get a response from the Invoices Team. In the meantime, you can type out the services to be rendered on a separate doc and add it as an attachment to the invoice. Check out this Product Update for more details!
