Every item I make is different, though there are categories.  For example:  Category Pillows, but each pillow is different.  Within categories, I’ve got each item numbered and have a picture of it.  What I want to know is, when an item sells, how to get it to delete from the category and if those pics can/do go to a separate file.  I want to be able to see the items sold without going into individual transactions.  I’m new to this, so maybe there’s something I’m not doing or can’t find.   Thanks!

You'll need to delete the item manually. It won't delete from the category automatically once it's sold. Same with the item image 

You can see items sold from the Items Sales report in Dashboard > Reports.
