Inventory question: can you track "spoilage" by item and also track the sales lost due to spoilage?

I sell fresh produce.  When an item spoils before it is sold, I remove it from the store.  I need Square inventory system to remove spoiled items from inventory and to track "spoilage" by item and also track the sales lost due to spoilage.
