Inventory and Price

I am trying to figure out how to add the price I paid for the item to reflect what the item was sold at. 

Example- paid $10 for paint and sold it at $15

I also have Items I charge one price to commercial and another price to residential. The Item has the same SKU, how would I put the inventory to the SKU and not the individual item?

Square plus will allow you to enter your Cost of Goods.

I don't think you could have 2 prices for 1 barcode, I may be wrong.
