Hi,
I am looking to do a full cycle inventory. The instructions seem simple enough, but they are not updated to what my system is doing. All square updates are completed on my POS so I don't think that is the issue. The instructions say I can do a cycle count or a full count, but when I go to do it in the inventory tab on my POS, it only just says "count stock" it does not allow me to choose cycle or full count. Also, I am not seeing where I can review the counts.
Anyone have any thoughts on this or know what I may be missing?

I am having the same issue. My registers and apps are updated, but nowhere am I seeing this option. Also, I do not have an iPad or an iPhone which is apparently the only way to walk around my business and scan items for investory count?? Hopefully someone can help. I reached out to square and was told that my apps may need to be updated. They do not.

I'm sorry to hear that you're both having some trouble with the Inventory Counting feature. It's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account with you.
