I have been using square in my business for 7 years. I just bought a square terminal and all the cards are being declined while in offline mode due to invalid location. I live in the United States, the squre was bought and set up here. It doesnt do it while online, just offline and just on the new square terminal, not on my other devices.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your Square Terminal. This definitely sounds like a bug. If you haven't already, I recommend contacting our Customer Success Team.
They can start a case with our Engineering Team. I do recommend taking a video of the issue so we can share it with the Engineering Team.
