First post here and very new to SuareUp, but I'm impressed! I've set things up as much as possible but a few things I'd like to just understand better.
I'm starting up my photography business here in the UK and have a JotForm on my website for a potential new client to book up a session and directly pay a 50% deposit to secure their session date.
I tested this this afternoon with my partner who put her card details in etc (don't worry, I paid her straight back), but it came up on my SquareUp dashboard as a 'Custom Amount' was inputted, even though I've setup the various packages I've got on offer on my JotForm integrated with SquareUp (see screenshot):
What I would like to do is, instead of this saying custom amount, is show what package has been selected and what deposit has been paid. Is this possible at all? Because at the moment I wouldn't be able to track anything.
Your help would be most appreciated.
