Every day I log into weebly to check my website's insights, everyday (other than the first of the month) there's information.... Or at least there used to be. I have views to my website and people are going to different pages, yet how is it there is no information for sources? It was working just fine until this month. It's bad enough I get little to no views, much less sales, but seeing how people are finding me/where they are coming from is helpful.
Hmmm @amystreasuresde. I've heard about this issue occurring before, however it fixed itself after 2-3 days. How long has this been occurring?
@isabelle it's been 13 days now. I know stats don't show up on the 1st of the month, a niggle of mine, but I've been surprised to see sources still showing nothing, despite the views I clearly have. I haven't changed anything. In fact, I've barely promoted my website in recent weeks. I've been busy and haven't had much time to devote to the website and my products as I did before. I still check my stats every day though, never know when something good will happen.
Hey! I'm stepping in for Isabelle here. This was a known bug that's been resolved as of a couple hours ago. I would sign in/out of your account and make sure everything is up to date. If you're still not seeing your reports then you will need to contact Support so they can take a look.
@AshleyK thanks. Had a feeling it was a bug, but didn't see a way to contact support directly. I just got home so I'll check my stats and let you know.
