Incorrect Appointment Times

I'm new and I had set up my clients and their appointment times, they were sent the wrong times, why did this happen? Now I'm Leary of using this app or the square for payment?

Hi there.

 

When you say wrong times, were the times off by a few hours? If so, it could be a time zone issue.

 

The time zone on your client’s computer will set the time zone on your booking flow and the time zone shown in their reminder emails. For example, when I visit your booking site, I see your availability in PDT because we’re in San Francisco.

When I put my appointments in my appointment book and I completed and it's sent to my client it is giving them the wrong time so say for instance I have an appointment at 4:30 it sent to my client that his appointment was at 1:30 why is this happening
