Hope I can help. Make sure you have everything either listed as services or items. You have to categorize everything. Then go back in and set up your commission for services and items. Then make sure each team member has been “assigned” the correct commission (well you can actually put what commission rate you would like to pay them). This way each time you checkout it will be assigned accordingly.
