Importing Updates to Customer Profiles

Can I upload updates(csv file) to to my existing customer profiles? Will it overwrite the existing customer information? Can I update the new custom customer profile fields without deleting the stored credit cards?

Hey @TIWine! Thanks for the question and welcome to the Seller Community!

If you import a CSV file that contains the same fields that already exist in your Customer Directory, any information that you change in the CSV and then import will override any existing information. 

If I'm understanding the second part of your question correctly, you are able to update custom fields without that effecting cards saved on file. Let me know if that answers your question!
