Where on this site, do you actually punch in the sale?  I havent been able to find it, only the directions on how to use it.  I will not be using a phone, nor have the card in hand.  I will only be using the computer as a terminal.

You can't process a credit card transaction through Square on a computer.  It has to be done on a phone or tablet.  You could send an invoice through Square and have the customer pay that.  https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5137

@countryjoy Unfortunately the response from @VanKalkerFarms is correct. You can send email invoices to your customers from a personal computer or laptop, but you'll need a Smartphone or Tablet to take a card payment using the Square Register app.
