If my business bank account is in my legal name is that what I use as my business name

My business bank account will be my legal name since my state tax id is registered that way. When linking a bank account in square and it asks for business name and business address should I use personal name and address? Will doing this still allow me to use my location name and address in square on my receipts? The bank was very specific that I have to use my business registered name which is ONLY my legal name

You should be able to attach a personal bank account, or a business bank account to receive your Square deposits. These documentation requests are used simply for your own record keeping purposes, and should not affect your ability to receive your funds.

As far as your receipt information goes, you can edit what appears on your issued receipts within the receipt tab of the Online Dashboard.
