I would like to know how I can condense two cats to one

I have a simple question:
I own a coffee shop. I would like to know how I can condense two categories into one. Scenario:

I have "Hot" and "Iced" as two separate categories.
I have "Breakfast" and "Lunch" as two Separate Categories.

I would like instead have "Drinks" as one category,
And "Food" as one category,

Is this possible?

If you have a lot of items, the easiest way is to export your item database to excel. Once there, you can change all the categories you need then upload the new database. You can do it from the dashboard, but you have to do each item individually.
