I used a mechanic off of Craigslist and we made an agreement. He violated that agreement and I need to dispute the charge on my credit card, but I did not receive an e-mail receipt. I tried calling customer service, but I am unsure what a customer # is and I have no way of reporting this promptly. I am filing fraud paperwork to my bank tomorrow in regards to this matter.
You have to contact the bank that issued your card to start the chargeback process. They'll work with Square, not you.
