I've been paid for two of four transactions that all took place on the same day. Where is the other$

Why have only half of my customer's purchases made it to my bank? The sales were all made on September 29th.

You can take a look at the deposits in the deposit report.  This will show you what has been and what is pending.  If this is a new account and they are large transactions this could happen to make sure the sales are legit.  You can contact support for more answers.
