I reset the device code, it didn't work

Hello, Square Community 

 

I reset the device code for one of our POS. However, it didn't work even after I sent the new information to our team. How can we solve this problem? Thanks!

@work_selina What is the message your team is getting when they attempt to sign in on the device with the new code?  What kind of device is it?
