I recieved the wrong reader!

I recently received the wrong card reader and I have yet been able to figure out how to get a replacement or anything. I have found warranty but it's not broken so I didnt wanna do that either! Plz help me I dont use iPhone!!

I sent your case over to our Support team so they can look into sending you the correct reader. They'll be following up by email shortly. You need the reader for the headphone jack and not for the newer iPhone charging ports, correct?
