I recently changed locations. My appointment app will not save the new location and clients are directed to the wrong address. I have entered the new location and saved it multiple times to no avail.
I'm so sorry to hear about your issues! This sounds like quite a problem.
While I can't dig into account specifics over the community, I'm happy to recap how you can edit this information (in general). To get started, you'll need to head to your Appointments Business Profile. From here, you're able to update the details related to your business, including your address. You have to scroll down a bit on this page to find these settings. Aftewards, you'll want to make sure and click the blue "Save" button in the bottom right.
