I neglected to get customer zip code. Can I still process transaction?

@JaneMarie If those tips don't work, you'll need to reach out to your customer and get their zip code.

 

We require all of the following information for manually-entered payments:

  • Card number
  • Expiration month/year
  • CVV code
  • Billing zip code
