If Manual Credit Card Entry isn't appearing as an option when processing a transaction this might mean that the Payment Type has been disabled on the application. You can easily manage payment types by visiting More > Setting > Checkout > Payment. Once there, You will need to make sure that Manual Credit Card Entry is not under the disabled section. If it is, then, you will need to tap and hold the gray dots on the left side of the desired payment method and then drag it all the way to the Main Payment types section.
