I need to delete a weebly website but can't access account

A former staff member at my agency created a weebly site that we now need to delete. I do not have any information to log in to the account that was used to create the site so I need to know if there is a way to get rid of the site or at least unpublish it without access to the account. The site URL is https://actoutreach.weebly.com/

I checked the account owning the site and since there has been no activity for a long time, I went ahead an unpublished the site.
