I’m trying to put ecards on my square but page freezes up after I put in custom design

It could be due to the browser you're using - Square doesn't always play nice with some browsers.  The one that works best for us is Chrome.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

We've been hearing reports of this occurring with sellers who aren't using a computer or Google Chrome. @GlassJudy is correct, please try using the browser Google Chrome, and not on a mobile device. I hope this works, if not, please reply back to us so we can figure this out!
