I logged out and all my information is gone

I logged out, and when I log back in all my information is gone it’s making me create a new account but with previous email

Sorry to hear you're having issues getting back into your original account. It sounds like you're trying to sign in with a different email than your original. 

Logging out of your account wouldn't erase or cause you to create a new account. If you're still running into this problem, I would suggest reaching out to our CS Team directly. They will be able to help you get to the bottom of it.
