I just added a new item in Square but it is not showing up in the pick list for the online store. It is visible and available at all locations. Please help.

Do you have the item marked as "Pickup & delivery" under the Fulfillment Method section? You can check that out if you head to the Weebly Dashboard, click on the item, and scroll until you see Fulfillment. It should look like this:
