I haven't had any sales with email marketing and i didn't cancel in time. What should i do?

 The trial membership for the square marketing  charged me for another month for the service and I didn't cancel it in time but hasn't been effective I haven't got any sales from email marketing and I wish it was text marketing I think it would be more effective what should I do should I try to get my money back I know it's only $15 but it's not working for me
