I have an Acer tablet. I can't get the new chip reader to work. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I need to get my new chip reader to link-up with my Acer tablet.  Any ideas?

Hey @IKD2001, sorry to hear about the trouble. We don't have specific information on Acer tablet compatibility at this time.

If you happen to have any other Android or iOS devices handy, I'd recommend checking to see if they're compatible with the contactless and chip reader. In addition, these troubleshooting tips usually resolve any connection issues.
