Question - we are just getting started using the subscriptions to bill for our membership - which is different because we used to prorate everyone to start on the 1st of the month but now we don't have to do that because we can go month to month from the start date. But my question is - what if we set up subscription billings for our membership and the day is the 29th, 30th, or 31st. Will Square adjust and still ring up a subscription if the day doesn't exist in the month or should we avoid starting people on those days? We set appointments to start so it wouldn't be hard to avoid those days but if someone already has experience with this I would love to know.
Hello @MudFire_Dex ! With my experience with Square Memberships/Subscriptions the subscription will automatically charge on the last day of the month, so If a month ends on the 29th the subscription will be charged that same day.
