I receive a copy of any order confirmation email that my customer receives. But, I don't receive a copy of shipping confirmation emails, nor do I see any way to confirm that these actual went out. I'd like 1) to confirm they are getting an email with tracking information and 2) see what this email actually looks like. I have an email template for weebly and square and I can't figure out which one they are getting, if either!

After researching, it looks like the option to receive a shipping confirmation in real-time when your customer does is not currently available, although tracking information should be available for you to see from your Weebly dashboard.
There may be a work-around for seeing the shipping confirmation that your customer sees, however. This would be worth reaching out to Weebly Support directly to see what they would suggest.
