Hey @Stephanie10!

 

Was the amount refunded lower than the customer paid? If it's lower and provided a full refund, it's most likely that you're seeing the amount that you were paid after the processing fees were taken. In that case, rest assured, your customer would still be given back the full amount that they paid since we refund the processing fee as well. If you'd like for someone to confirm that for you, you can reach out to our CS team to take a look at your account.
