Hello @TGNotary and thanks for your question. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Weebly site. When you sign into your Square Dashboard, look at the navigation on the left side. Scroll down and you should see "online". (See screenshot below).
Clicking there will open the Weebly site and allow you to design/edit your website. I hope this helps answer your question.
