I can't open my square app. Just get spinning beach ball icon. Please advise

Hey @mare, welcome to the Seller Community and Congrats on your first post! 

 

There could be a couple reasons you're seeing this screen. You might be receiving this loading screen due to a poor internet connection. Or if you're running an old version of the App it might not load. I recommend deleting and reinstalling the App to rule this out. Also make sure your devices operating system is up to date as well!

Accessing on computer and one phone but second phone just stalling signing in.  We need to be able to use both phones

The spinning has stopped but unable to open the square app to run payments.  I shut off phone & turned back on

and the spinning has stopped but color of app is gray & I still can't open to run the payments.  Should I remove the app and download

again.  Which square app should I use?    Account under Richman Industries
