I can't get my square Mastercard info into my phone. It only wants bank info

I have a square Mastercard already. Due to changing phones its asking me to reset all of my info.  It will only take my bank info...its not letting me put in my square Mastercard?? Any suggestions?

@MPF1950 what steps are you using exactly to add the card to your wallet? I want to make sure we aren't missing anything. 🙂 I have the steps pasted below so we can make sure we are both on the same page.

To add your Square Card to Apple Pay:Navigate to the Balance tab of your Square app.
Select Square Card > Add to Apple Pay.

To add your Square Card to Google Pay:Navigate to the Balance tab of your Square app on your phone.
Select Square Card > Add to Google Pay.

At this time, adding the Square Card to Apple Pay is only available on iOS devices, and adding the Square Card to Google Pay is only available on Android devices.

I’m also having the same problem I followed the steps above only to get a message that said cannot add card contact your bank for support
