I am unable to upload the correct image to the feature image spot in atlas. It keeps going back to original that was too big

and gets cut off

Hey @painfree, thanks for posting and sorry to hear about the issue with uploading your featured image.

Before uploading your featured image again, I suggest double checking that it meets the following requirements for the Atlas theme:

• is not larger than 2880 pixels x 1144 pixels (larger files will produce the best results as long as they're under 500kb)
• is either a PNG or JPG file

If you're still getting the error, you may want to try uploading from a different web browser (e.g. Google Chrome or Safari) or send your image to our Support Team. We'll be happy to give it a whirl on our end and see what's up. 🙂
