How to view modifiers in a single page view in Square for Restaurant? 

Square POS was showing all in one but in Square for Restaurant you will have to back and fwd.

Could you give me some more information on what you're modifiers are looking like? 

All of the modifiers that are available for a single item will show up on the same page like this:

What you are showing is conversational modifier.

After several review of Restaurant app we decided to go back and use standard Square POS .
