How to use the appointments with my business?

I have a costumed mascot business. I want customers to be able to choose the mascot they want and book it on a calendar, then be able to pay either a $50 deposit and balance when mascot arrives on site, or pay full amount due, their choice at checkout. 

There are aprox. 25 different mascots to choose from... do I set each up as a separate "service" in the appointment page? Also, there's stuff about haircuts from a template or something in my page now... how do I delete that? Thanks.

The best way to accomplish this for your business is to create the mascots as Staff members. Appointments for Teams for 11+ staff members would be $130/month to be able to have each mascot have a separate schedule.
