How to undo a refund / Changing auto-refund time

I didn't get an order processed in time, so it was automaticaly refunded. I'm ready to ship, so can I somehow "undo" that refund and ship it out? Or do I have to ask them to purchase again? Also, is there a way to make the lengthen the time after the order before it will do an automatic refund? Thanks!

there isn't a way to un-refund a refund.
