How to track visited customers if they don't make payment thru Square?

Hi, I thought of using Customers-Directory in Square to track customers for our business during Covid-19 period.  If the customer is not using Square payment (ie., cash payment), then I cannot use "Last Visited" filter to get the report of visited customers. 

Does Square have the option to search for cash payment customers?

You are correct! If you didn't save your customer information in the Customer Directory or if they paid with cash, there is no way for us to gather details. However, in the future, if you need to contact a customer you can call our Customer Success Team who can look up the transaction and contact them on your behalf should we have an email address or phone number available per the purchase.
