How to track orders that are completed through a payment link?

I had an order last night through a payment link. They paid using cash app but I can't find their order in the system. I got an email but I'm wanting to look at the order in the system itself. Can anyone tell me where to find it? When I click on orders/transactions it isn't in either of those.
