So my business is a Tour business. Two owners, who also drive and give tours, and then also two employees.
The owners dont clock in and out like the employees do, since we just take a draw to pay ourselves at the end of the month.
But we need to still be able to pay out/ or pool the tips made through Square while we were all out working.
Example- Owner 1 and Owner 2 both out working doing tours, employee 1 out working doing tours. All in the same time frame.
Owner 1 makes $50 tip on square, Owner 2 makes $50 tip, and employee 1 makes $50 tip. But it only shows the employee worked since hes the only one clocked in.
So how would you do this?

Hey @anhmazingfood in order to track this, you will need to have a Team role for both of the owners as well. Basically, any person who is accepting payments that needs to be tracked, in this case, for tips, will have to have their own pass code and/or email log in. Even owners can have this and their sales will also be tracked.
